Mr. Breakfast

Mr. Breakfast is a restaurant owned by my father's friend and his son, but actually it hasn't opened yet. Actually, I didn't think it will be too delicious.(I hope the owner won't see this, ha ha.) Because we went to this cafe after finishing our dinner, so I didn't chose the spaghetti, I only chose a drink: Matcha Latte. In some restaurants, their matcha would tasted bitter, so I regarded matcha as a difficult mission. After my matcha Latte came, the first thing that surprised me was they made it gradient layer. It was really beautiful and a hard skill, and also I'm a "Gradient Layer-er", so I loved it so much. After I finished enjoying it's beautiful appearance, the most important part came, which is how did it tasted. Because the matcha and the milk was separated at first, so I tried the matcha first, it was really tasty but a little bit too sweet, after I mixed them together, it tasted better and wasn't too sweet. For me to give it a score I will give it 9 points.(1 for terrible,10 for best.) The reason why I didn't give it 10 out of 10 is because I didn't know the price from the menu.(But just like what I said, they are still preparing the restaurant.)

Matcha Latte

About the lemon pie, some bakeries make the pie too sweet, so it tastes good at first, but it would taste disgusting; or bitter at the end. But, the lemon pie at Mr. Breakfast tasted really really good, it is the best lemon pie I had ever eaten. It didn't taste too sweet, and because it is a lemon pie, it tasted a little bit sour, but the sweet and the sour match really well. For me, I will give it 10/10. And the outside of the lemon pie tasted crispy, some bakeries make the texture soft but I thought that was disgusting.
